Bonhams offers rare Aston Martin estate and Fiat 500 Jolly in September sale

An exceptionally rare Aston Martin Sportsman Estate is among the lots offered by Bonhams at Week-End de l'Excellence Automobile Reims Circuit de Gueux en Champagne on 11 Sep 2010.

The Aston Martin estate, based on the V8 Coupe, is one of a pair ordered from the factory by two Swiss brothers in 1996, the other being '79008'. This 350bhp model had an engine rebuild at the Aston Martin factory in 1999 and has covered just 20,000km from new. It also has a full service history. It's estimated to sell for between €400,000 - 500,000.

Other attractions in the 40-lot auction include oddities like a Fiat 500 Jolly (with wicker seats and a sunshade roof) and a Ferves Ranger compact all-terrain vehicle (both pictured) as well as more conventional supercars and classics, like a Ford GT Coupe, Citroen SM and a 1986 Aston Martin V8 Volante.

The full catalogue for the sale can be seen here.
