Hi all,
I just had my 60 plate avensis tourer in for its 40k service. All good except it needs new pads back and front, however it also needs new discs back and front!

On the cruze, (yes I know different car) at the service at chevrolet dealers pads at 2mm sir, but parts not in stock, so asked manager at K.fit who is an old mate who measured everything and pads at 3.19 mm, but did a dull brake service and pads fitted for £65, main dealer would have been 30 mins labour + vat + parts.(about £150)

I am looking to buy a used Vauxhall Zafira Tourer, it's a 13 plate. How much warranty should I get free and servicing thrown in for the price. The vehicle costs about £14.000 with very low miles. For that price should I get a good warranty thrown in. Any answers please would be helpful. Read more
No I wont be taken, for the money i'm paying all I want is at least two years warranty and servicing included in the price, if thats not good enough I will go somewhere else. If they want my cash it will be on my terms, because I will be paying in a lump sum.

I am looking for a small automatic car, petrol, for my mother. For the past few years she has had a Clio Auto (08 plate) and has found the running costs high given that the Auto box is only 4 speed. I am looking for a similar sized car, again auto, with a 5 or 6 speed box but it appears that the general theme for cars of this size are 4 speed autos. She wants a minimum engine size of a 1.4 with a 1.6 (same as her Clio) the ideal.
