. Recharged again and lasted 2 hrs and very very HOT indeed ! Now had to take the trouble of driving to the shops yet again to be told yeahs its faulty but needs to be sent away ! but take it home and back it up first !!!! ... Read more

The original Blackberry's were good phones, my dad has had a work one for about 4 years and it still works and he doesn't want to upgrade it because the newer versions aren't as good. I myself had a bold and couldn't waiting to swap it for an iPhone it broke 3 times and had to be sent away. I'd definitely try and get your money back

I purchased this car yesterday from a garage 185 miles away yesterday. Before I did the test drive, I tried to release the parking brake but for some reason the warning light 'Release Parking Brake' kept beeping at me. Just could not release it. A sales member had a look and eventually put it in reverse, then into drive and the light came off...

Drove it back home and it was fine. Came to it this morning and the same problem. I'm trying to release the parking brake, pulling hard on the lever but I cannot get the red warning light to go off. I keep applying the parking brake lever hard with my foot, then pull hard on the release button but no luck.

I'm not impressed, I spoke to the garage this morning who said it sounded like a faulty sensor and to phone back tomorrow. Anyone got any ideas?

Thank you

Thank for the replies.

I'm going to speak to the garage tomorrow.mi do have a six months warranty through the garage but I'm wondering whether I would be able to make a claim for this?

Iv managed to fully release the parking brake by pulling on the parking brake lever and parking brake pedal at the same time. It's as if the pedal isn't fully releasing and pulling it up releases it fully....

After paying £5650 for the car, I believe I need this fixing as this was not mentioned previous to me...

The passenger window rubber seal seems to have degraded and is now misshaped so the window will open but it cannot shut without someone helping to drag it up into position.

Can I replace this myself and how? Read more

Hi forum my first post,

ok so I bought a focus 1.8tdci and had work done flywheel & clutch and full service and new cam belt kit, after driving the the car for approximately 5 miles while the car was stationary with the engine running, I quickly ran into shop for some ciggrettes leaving a friend in the car, the engine stalled by itself with a clink sound, now after towing the car back to the garage I had the work done the mechanics telling me the fuel pump seized leading to the new cam belt to snap. ... I think the cambelt/tensioner has been incorrectly fitted and the garage is trying it on. The fuel pump is chain driven from the crankshaft pulley and not by the belt. How can a sepertely driven pump cause the belt to snap !!!! If the pump has seized ( highly unusual as they are pretty reliable ) then the chain drive may slip/snap but it wouldn't effect the cambelt.

The recommended pump drive chain renewal is 100000 miles/10 years so it's plausible it could have worn/snapped at this age, but the belt will still be intact. ...
