The cameras are SPECS cameras and are overhead. They do not flash and use IR illumination. The 20 signs are internally illuminated and 20 roundals on the road. You appear to have no defence. Regards Peter

After searching the net i've only found two people who have had a mazda 6 sport in both generations, and they differ on their opinions.

I'm wanting a car with more 'zoom zoom' and the prices on the 1st gen sport with the 2.3 engine seem pretty good to me, but I love the shape of the 2nd gen... Read more

Vec 'B' 2001 DTi 127K
As above,I've searched all over for this and cant find a match. The ABS only comes on momentarily (worse over bumps) then the pedal sinks.
If I pump the pedal(engine running) it goes down a bit then the Engine Management light comes on (not the ABS light) as soon as I pull away or rev, the light goes out.
I've checked the activator rings and they look OK,but quite rusty.
Vacuum fault ? No noise from under the bonnet, brake fluid normal Runs fine, turbo kicks in fine.If I brake hard over a manhole cover in the wet the ABS works fine ! - I'm stuck now.
Anyone got any ideas please ?
Thanks.

Inner joint posible but unlikely, it could be the centre bearing though, replacing the shaft would fix either. Don't know how much driveshafts are but I would think a secondhand one wouldn't cost much.

Hi,

I had the misfortune to lose battery power and, following a single journey, the 'two strikes and you're out' philosophy' of Nissan cut in and the car became immobilised. Neither I or the AA could bring it back to life so I sent it to the Nissan delaer in Northampton to sort it. They spent five days with the car and eventually reported that the EPS module within the power steering assembly was not responding on start up and the error code suggested a dead electronics module. Their solution was a new assembly at £1,500 including fitting, maybe more than half the current value of the car.... Read more

We are at a point where we need to replace both of our cars - a 04 plate Sharan and a V-reg Saab 95 Auto. Budget probably around £16,000 for both cars.

We have 3 kids and a dog and live in the middle of nowhere, so our requirements are this I think:-... Read more

I drove a Pathfinder and it's a great looking vehicle and I like the interior (was a high spec model), but I couldn't live with that gearbox and the engine is really noisy and harsh, so back to the drawing board on that one.

Agree with engine noise, as for gearbox all proper 4x4's will have truck like manual gearboxes and i wouldn't be interested in one anyway, big cars should have proper auto boxes by default.

The auto box in my Hilux (LC's too) was if anything smoother than my old Benz, if you are going into large 4x4's try auto.

Jolly dangerous if it is.

Late on Saturday nights, they often post 'advisory speed limits' on the M25 as you approach night time road works. While the advised speed is usually right for the roadworks, the signs appear before them on a clear road, and if you really did 30mph on an otherwise clear motorway you are asking to get rammed in the back.

You really only have one Hyundai dealer near you? The majority of Hyundai dealers are very good, seems you picked a bad one. Why didn't you go to another dealer?...
