For some reason the leather has 'crimped' where I hold the steering wheel. I gather this is a known fault.
The car is out of waranty. Does anyone have any knowledge of a repair specialist in the Midlands please either stitching a new piece in or filling it in some way. Read more

Back in April, the importers of Daihatsu announced they would be replacing the brand with Great Wall cars. They made a big song and dance about a pick up and a small city car. Does anyone know if they still have plans to come to the UK? Also, are Geely still planning on coming to the UK? Read more
The window mechanism has become jammed, the motor tries to wind the window up/down but gets no higher than half way up.
Having tried to encourage it by pulling it up so I can leave the car secure, it's now out of align, and seems a but floppy/loose. Anyway it's still half way up and I think I will have to remove the door trim to sort it out, even temporarily.... Read more

i have a renault megane scenic 05. recently my dahsboard went off. it came back on 2 days later, my recorded mileage went up from 44000 to 162000!. i spoke to the renault dealer where i bought the car. They said that theyd give me £2500 part exchange on another car. i agreed and signed an agreement. i was supposedto pick the car up yesterday. on my way to the dealership, ny car cut out on the motorway. frst the dashboard said injector failure then brake failure then my starter motor started clicking on its own and the noise wouldnt stop.
I phoned the dealer, they said try to get the car towed to us and we will still honour the agreement.
i called the AA out. he told me that if the dashboard fails the alternator wont charge the battery and you will get lots of warning messages appearing on your dashboard.
he towed the car to the dealer and the dealer refused to give me the new car until hed had his mechanics look at my car. Read more

I currently receieve 17% discount on this vehicle with free metalic paint.
Kia are basicly the same company as Hyundai and they work from the same offices....
All the German car manufacturers have factories in China and cannot make enough cars the chinese apparently love them,the indigenous Chinese models are bought before they are made by the local population a massive waiting list they do not need to export.
They are very good at opening factories like the MG plant in the UK to test the waters and do their research they cannot sell homemade cars like the Frontera copy as they tried in Germany a couple of years ago the Europeans have a little more sense - I think .
