I don't know, but it'll be difficult unless you have instructions.
It's French for starters, and they can have their own ways about things.
If it's OBD2, I doubt it's possible, you'd need to pair the ECU to it.
If it's OBD1, you may be able to work out the function of the many, probably unidentifiable, wires leading to it, by a simple process of trial and error. Then you may be able to cut them and make appropriate reconnections, bypassing the immobiliser.
I once did it, you need to label all the wires and work through it methodically.
Do a good hard internet search, if it's been done, it will be out there somewhere.
