Please help.
I purchased a 6 month old Volvo C30 with the new style engine from a local Volvo dealer in March 2012. I returned the car within three weeks due to intermittent acceleration issues. Over boost, halt over boost, flat or overly lively.. What will happen you never quite know. It has been back 8 times now for reca librations and software updates and since involvement of Volvo Cars Uk has had new clutch and drive shaft.... Still there remains intemittent acceleration issues... I'm shattered. So unpleasant to drive. I gave local dealer till end May to resolve the issues. Issues still not resolved and I have requested full refund. Local dealer denies that there has ever been anything wrong with the vehicle. Their chief tech and other very experienced and competent drivers like myself have tried it for me and they are disgusted with its behaviour. I have seen feeds on various forums that express the same experiences to detail with their own 61 plate c30's...what to do?..need a resolution...any help most great fully received.

I have a 5 week old Mini Cooper S that when it is washed the O/S/R lamp cluster starts to mist over - this is quite minimal to start with but then gets worse over a couple of hours to the effect that 3/4 of the lens is covered in mist. This lasts for 24 hours. I have taken it back to the dealership, who to be fair only saw the beginning of the mist and said that this was acceptable - I am not at all satisfied with this relpy as I can see the situation only getting worse - Why is it only affecting one lamp cluster - dealership couldn't answer that one. As craig said, use Shell V-Power or BP Ultimate, they will clean up the internals nicely. It's a bit of a sensitive engine in the RX8 so it's best to stick to using the best spec. fuels on the market today.

I take it from the di that its a diesel, if so the most likely problem is air in the fuel supply somewhere, that having been said it could be many things, you really need to get the fault codes read.

what a load of rubbish, what about the people that dont have or cant use a computer, what about the services that cant be done online i.e. vehicle need to be inspected or there is a query.
