I have just had my car written off due to a no fault accident. They have offered me £9,707 when I bought the vehicle only 6 months ago for £12,950.
How do I claim the difference? I have declined their offer on the basis I am losing out by £3,243. This is SO stressful!

There is already one installed on an iPhone, works from satellites and phone masts rather than magnetic, but it's very accurate
I have a fault code on Injector 2 saying low fuel as well as a coil 2 misfire warning.
I have checked the coild and they are all firing ok, so It looks like replacing the injector is the way forwards. Can anyone let me know what the firing sequence in on this car so I can take out the guess work.... Read more
I have a independent renault specialist nearby, the mechanics are all ex renault and they are normally a bit more expensive but they are reliable and know their stuff

Do any of your avid readers and contributors have any thoughts on using LPG ?
LPG and cars using it are available across Europe.
But why not here?
Firstly, I would like to see every petrol station be forced to stock LPG, so that it can be readily available.
At least it would be a start.
Just got home after a 200 mile journey. I felt the air-com wasn't quite coping adequately. It was certainly cooling the car and I tried it on both fresh air and recirc.
The AC's never been serviced since new and I presume it's not punctured, otherwise it wouldn't cool at all. The filter's been changed once.... Read more

Work out where the noise is coming from first.
Suggest a few blankets put over the rear wheel arches would be a good first move for research, then if that improves things try and pin down other areas and cover those with blankets too, an assistant in the back doing this as you travel along a quiet fat road would be ideal....

I bet £50 that third one was supposed to be 17029, never understood it but some people mix up 4 and 7 depending on how they're written.
It's probably not to do with how they are written. User may have been hitting the numeric keypad, where 7 is just above 4.
