About some days ago, there was an accident in the city of Lagos Nigeria, on popular Otedola bridge in Ikeja, a fuel tanker loaded with highly flammable product (petrol to be precised), plying the highway suddenly lost its grip on the busy road, to cut the long story short, the aftermath of the accident razed at least 54 vehicles, with 9 deaths including children and left many injured. Before the occurrence of this incident, it has been a topic and debate on social media, suggesting the restriction of these dangerous vehicles within a range of time on the major roads. Do you concur to this suggestion? As this could reduce the rate of sudden deaths and dangers on roads.
The gory photos of the scene can be seen below; www.eaglesnewsmedia.com/2018/06/petrol-tanker-caug...l Read more

I recently bought a CLA180 AMG SPORTS. It’s a year 2013. I was driving on a nice sunny day with the air condition on and suddenly the engine management light came on. I carried out a diagnostics and error code P0128 came up. It reads:
Coolant Thermostat {Coolant Temperature Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature). I cleared the error codes and it was fine for a few days until I decided to drive with the air condition again. Please does anyone know what is going on here? Thanks... Read more
Hopefully you have checked the engine coolant level first. If this is ok,then I would suspect a fault with the electronic thermostat system.
Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone had any experience with Ford Focus Diesel model (2007) doing quite bad economy on both urban and extra-urban roads?... Read more
Is it, or has it previously fitted with a DPF. Sometimes poor fuel consumption can be due to aborted attempts at active regens where extra diesel is injected during the exhaust stroke

Lots of good on line advice on the pros and cons of adding to policies-but FEW if no examples available of where drivers have found this useful or not. Can anyone here add an example of just where--for them--legal cover proved invaluable or a waste. That would be helpful -thanks Read more
I obtain my GAP and legal cover insurance seperately. far cheaper and you can virtually tailor the polciy to suit you. As for examples: when I had a 'fight' with a Royal mail truck it came in handy. RM at the time were self insuring and they were absolute bast@@ds to deal with. A real nightmare, even my solicitor was getting exasperated until we finally got them to court. Then they gave in a few days before. So, two lessons here: legal cover allowed me to delagate the problem to a solicitor but also you still need the iron rsolve to resist these virmin like companies or people, whose only defence is to string you along until you get tired or fed up and give up. So if you are not prepared to stay the course, don't bother with the cover. The usual fobbing off remains, but someone can do it for you!
You pays your money....... Cheers Concrete
Hi, Im looking to buy a Mondeo around the 12/13 model, diesel ideally will be the auto but possibly manual. it will be the 2.0 tdci version.

508 gt do look good but they are a lot more expensive then coming model 508 or similar mondeos. Quick look on autotrader for a 2013 pug gt with 60 K miles cheapest is £8k ( only one) rest are 10k plus. Mondeo are around £6.5k as are 2.0d 508. There is also a lot more choice.

I think that the problem is very hardware dependent, especially for people using older computers and tablets. Non-static ads often increase main and graphics processor (especially) and memory usage, but the effects can be almost as bad even if you use the most up-to-date software.
My former workplace 'upgraded' their computers from Win7 to Win10, and they were slower and less reliable as a result; my 3-4yo tablet won't run this and many other websites (including and especially the Telegraph) using ANY browser now without having Ghostery, uBlock Origin and AdGuard Adblocker installed - it would grind to a halt if they were weren't, and even when they are, it's still very slow. The ad-free BBC website runs fine, as do many ad-light websites....

Hi,
I am looking to be buying the new Mazda 6 2018 facelift model.... Read more
Only time will tell if Mazda have finally sorted the issues with this particular engine but they haven’t the best reputation for diesels in recent years and they’ve made it clear that they plan on pushing development money into petrol rather than diesel from now on so I’m not overly confident in the 2.2 Skyactiv diesels despite being a fan of the marque and the model.
Doing heavy mileage like this i’d sooner buy a 2-4yr old mass market diesel hatch like a Mondeo 2.0, Hyundai i40 5yr unlimited mileage warranty if it has a full dealer history) or possibly a Toyota Avensis though the later diesels are BMW units which can be troublesome if not looked after meticulously. A size down would present the Honda Civic 1.6 DTEC which will do big six figure mileages and still sell for decent money plus its free to tax and will do a genuine 70mpg on a run. This is probably where my money would go for such a heavy mileage instead of spending much more on a car that will plummet in value with 30k plus added every year.

It worked!
Thank you very much.
