Hi guys,
I have recognized few weeks ago my car is lagging at high speed, around 110-140 km/h.
It was hesitating for a second, then for another, and went well again....
At higher speed it is more noticable.
Feels like when you run out of fuel for seconds.
Then run 200 km without problems.
Today I started the car after 5 days rest time(I do not use the car too often).
The engine started but it was shaking, and when I pushed the throtle it was lagging and shaking even more, with much more smoke all around my garage then ususally.
I left the car for about fifteen minutes in neutral idling, and all gone.
No more lags, and shakes, and smoke was normal.
Vag-Com does not shows any error codes, neither the Auto Scan option, but I moticed some wierd things at measuring block 3:
When the engine was on for about 5 mins:
MAF specified: 250
MAF actual: 1950
When all the symptons gone after 15 mins it looked like this:
MAF specified: 250
MAF actual: 248

hi i have a problem with my vectra i was driving it the other day without any problems starting and that same day i took it to s c motor factors to get parts for my other car, it started fine when i went down there. then came back out and went to start and it just clicks once and all the dash lights go off then back on. so i thought it could be battery so i put a jump pack on but nothing just the sameing. so i bump started it and it started fine but when you put lights on and steer all the dash light flicker and the head lights go dim then off and back on again when you stop steering it all seems fine. i got it home and turned it off and went to start it again and same thing just a click and all lights flickering then all come on and seems fine but wont start. and to top it all of when locking and unlocking to car some times it will unlock and lock it self and the alarm gos off then you hit the button to unlock stops the alarm but you carnt unlock the car lol
what dose people think my problem can be? Read more

I bought a used Kia Cee'd 2012 Sportswagon 21 month old from a Kia main dealer 3 weeks ago. On a test drive, I was told by the salesman, that the parking sensors did not work beacause the trade plates covered them. When I was using the car, I noticed that the parking sensors were only working intermitently. I took the car back and was told that the system was not factory fitted and so nothing could be done about this. At no time when purchasing the car was I told that they were not Kia fitted,and does it make any difference? There was nothing on the informatiion about the car to this effect. Factory fit = Kia warranty
Non-factory fit - local dealer is liable for all faults with 6 months...

First things first, you'll need to get the car plugged into some diagnostic equipment, preferably with someone who knows how to use it and find what the code(s) are and also the definition(s).
Trying to diagnose any fault without getting it plugged in is pointless I'm afraid.

I would dispute the world's fastest toilet claim, since trains have toilets and some of those travel at 150 - 200 mph - e.g. in France. Long distance motorway coaches have toilets too, and they do 65 mph. And of course, airliners also have toilets and they do 500 - 600 mph!...

Thanks, I will keep you up to date with how I go about this. I really like the way the way you formulated the sentence "Acting as individuals is more difficult than when there is the greater threat of losing more potential business or people taking collective action in response to unfairness". I am not looking for expertise just for some contribution/ideas, as you can see I am no expert myself but I do know when something is not right or ethical.
I think it is about time I bought an in car camera. I am considering of buying a Black Bullet. It retails for around £90. Not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Does anyone have one? What do people recommend?
