I have a 2015 (65) VW tiguan R Line and need to find out the total cost per mile, ie including depreciation, everything.
The RAC used to list total costs per mile but I can't find it now. Any links would help.
Many thanks.

So let's stick to dealing with Mowerman's question, whether or not it could be found on Google.
Mowerman's question has been dealt with, the link madf posted gives the info required.
My passenger side mirror had an issue with the mechanism and wouldn't stay straight without tape. Now a car smashed into it and completely knocked it off. They smashed the mirror glass aswell. Hit and run, but I have a witness with VRN.
Witness says that perpetrator took picture of damage and drove off, so presumably some tape will be visible.... Read more
If a person has an accident they have to exchange details with the other party. If they can't do so, they are obliged to report the accident to a police station AS SOON AS REASONABLY PRACTICABLE and in any case within 24 hours. If they fail to do that they commit an offence which carries 5-10 points (and theoretically prison). The police will prosecute if they are provided with reliable evidence. In your case, it's only a mirror that was already broken and you are not a witness, your friend is the only witness. I think on this occasion I would agree with Driver since 1988 but with less certainty than he professes.
As far as what compensation you are entitled to, it is negligence, so you are entitled to be put back in the position you would have been in had the negligent act not occurred....
I do 2 80 miles motorway trips a week (160 total) and commute 4 miles to work and other general errands. I have a diesel at the moment but what fuel type would be recommend for this? Read more
Depends on budget and your space requirements too but I’d say your regular long distance runs open up a diesel if you want. If you want a large car and have a strong budget then diesel is usually the best route but if you want something cheap or small petrol makes the most sense with hybrids rarely any more economic in day to day use unless there’s a big amount of local mileage like say a taxi operator. Again it is very dependent on budget. What I’d advise at £5k would be very different from £25k.
Hi guys,. Looking for a ford focus 6000cd radio code, s/n V181658

The S/N M254039 should have the code
6714.
Ducted Injection gives better mixing of injected fuel with air, and burns cleaner.

reminds me of the discussion about running an engine from just petrol vapour, rather than injection, many have tried that without being able to rev the engine fully, ie it will just tick over but will not rev, plenty of theory's about why but no one has actually done it yet. though I gather the idea is still being worked on...though could be wrong?
This might be an example of vapour running....
I’m the executor in my late brother’s estate. He owned a car. My solicitor advises that the car can now be sold. I have the V5C which shows my brother as the registered keeper.
I wish to send the car to auction but the auctioneers say they cannot accept a vehicle from me if it is not registered in my name. I cannot transfer ownership to myself as section 8 requires a signature from the current registered keeper. Where to from here?
Thanks in advance.
