The 307 is notorious for being a problem car, there are so many alternatives, why a 307?

Big financial penalties are a big incentive to acheive targets by whatever means......

Makesure you renew the breather valve on the top of the engine & the egr is clear.
Clogged up breather unit makes these smoke blue !...
Both these cars are lhd as we have just returned from living in France. We have the maximum 50% discount on French insurance but as we will be spending 7/8 months a year from now on in the uk we would like to get uk insurance. Does anybody know of an insurer who will take into account our previous French insurance history or do we have to swallow high premiums from the outset? Read more

As soon as it becomes clear that I have done the last mow of autumn, I empty the mower of petrol and add it to my car .... Haven't had a fuel-related problem so far. In fact it hasn't been serviced for a couple of years as it may come back worse than it went in. All I have done this winter is to clean the plug.
This started 2 months ago failed to start no fault codes logged Crank & Cam sensors are in spec. Disconnected battery over night car started next day. This has happened again. Not sure if it is immobiser.Any ideas. Read more
