Hi all,
After looking through many sites for answers to should i buy an mk3 Espace, ive decided that the only way to overcome the crazy-ness would be to fit a more reliable engine. My question is, would the likes of a transit TDI or banana engine fit in the bay?... Read more

As Avant said, I have had my S-Max 2.0TDCi auto for over three years. I bought one after I rented one overseas and realised it was far superior to my Volvo XC90.
Could not be happier with the car. Its blend of performance, comfort and economy is very good and it has been reliable....

They'll only listen if it's potentially life threatning and Vosa has to get involved (like the injector issues)
Vosa should never have got involved in that spat. It's poor customer aftersales care, nothing else.
I recently had a misfire which was identified as coming from cylinder 4. A coil pack (Lucas) was installed which seems to have cured the misfire but the car feels a little lumpy, almost like it momentarily hesitates at around 2200 rpm. Any ideas?
Engine starts fine drives fine when engine gets hot and you park up go shop get back in car engine starts runs 5mins then cuts out then wont start for 10 mins then cuts out again.RAC said it was my fuel pressure sensor either on engine or fuel pump sensor.what does anyone else think RAC man said if was fuel pump sensor it would cut out all the time so he thinking fuel pressure sensor on engine or cable for that the problem came up on his computer fuel pressure fault ?
If this is an Hpi engine, then there is a low pressure lift pump in the tank and a high pressure pump on the engine.
its a 55 reg Vectra direct Sri got eco in engine and it worked fine for a day then soon went fill with petrol it started cutting out again. Finally got it going but now it is like its on a get home speed and service lights on. They changed fuel pump and fuel pressure sensor. Not got a clue if engine hpi or not? Told them about other high pressure fuel pump and told them about fuel regulator solenoid anything else you can think of cause i got 3month warranty and they not got a clue what it is at all? Cheers...
Could someone please point me in the right direction to a credible online source, which will confirm or dismiss my hope, that in the UK,as is the case in another Western country, a copy of the deceased`s will can be requested by next of kin before it is formally read?
Thanks. Read more
It is normal to send a copy of the will to anyone who inherits a substantial sum, once probate is granted. If it is family, then just contact the executor(s) and request a copy. Unfortunately when large sums of money are involved, some people become paranoid, or jealous. My sister told me I was not used to sharing when I acted as executor for our late mother, and I did not let her take a share in the duties. I thought it proper to carry out our late mother's wish, that I act as sole excutor, but share information about the progress.

Hey all,
Ditching my golf Gti as need to get my wife insured and as she's just passed the test, it's expensive...plus the cars on its last legs, so now seems the right time to change.
Looked at several different makes, models and styles, but going to get another golf, question is which one.
Wondered it anyone had any thoughts / suggestions, thinking of getting the 1.9 TDI, as this would ( I hope ) be cheaper to insure than the Gti, but still retain some of the fun to drive. Budget is approx 4k for the car, plus what I can get for my 02 plate gti in px.
Also - I have looked at numerous garages online in London that have this sort of car to sell...does a one have any advice or recommendations on who to approach? Last car I bought from my wife's parents so knew what I was doing and getting!
Many thanks in advance for the advice.
