Put a new engine in my corsa c as pistons had gone, kept old ECU, gone to start and all its doing is cranking over, got fault codes p0201 p0202 p0203 which is injector fault, so tried taking old injectors out other engine tried that still nothing, so I took hole injector pump out other engine just tried and still nothing! Any ideas anyone? Stero won't let me use it either just switches on, don't think that's linked though!
Please someone give me some more ideas! Read more

Having looked at this again think the warranty is a tad better than that. I think it will cover perforation starting say from within a box section, cavity or door space.
Luckily I have a W211 which is the next model which seems to be less prone to rust although mine had a very nasty mid- life crisis with its electrics when it was 4-5. years old.
Here's one which surprised us ...
Symptoms: After starting there's a very loud ratting sound (sound likes a chain slapping on the side of something), which then sounds more like gears grinding. Very loud, people stop on the street to look! Only happens on engine run down from about 2000 revs to idle. NO noise at all on revving up - smooth as a baby's botty. So, if you drive and change and don't go below 2000 revs, you don't hear anything.... Read more
Hi, whe I got into my car tonight the electric sunroof was sluggish, so it was no great surprise when the car failed to start. I got it going using jump-leads, drove a few miles then switched off. About ten minutes later the car wouldn't start again.
I drove the car for about 18 miles last night with no problems, but apart from that it's not been used much over the past few weeks as the weather has been more suitable for my Vespa.... Read more
10 years for a car battery is astounding, frankly. 3 - 5 years is average.
Check the voltage when running. It should be 13 to 14.5V. Then switch on all lights, HRS, fan, etc and see how far it falls. It should still stay above 12V. If so, alternator is ok.
Then disconnect the injector harness and check battery voltage whilst cranking. A healthy battery will stay above 10V even after a minutes cranking. A poor battery will drop below this after as little as a few seconds....
where about is the clutch actuator is it in the actual gear box or around the gear box Read more

I'm checking that right now, no backfiring nothing when I try and start it with injectors connect, I'll check the injectors now see if there squirting petrol out when cranking
