One way would be to put the private plate on retention then DVLA will reissue the original number (assuming it's still available) but that has a cost and probably isn't what you want to do.
Do Xenon headlights need to have their dipping function redirected from left to right for driving on the right in Europe (particularly France)? The headlights appear to be straight dripping. Read more

By by volvo - too wide for safety with mirrors retracted to fit into garage.
AT 6ft 2 18 stone and not as nimble cannot sit in it without hitting head on door....

Can't you just have the full size spare witout the tpms fitted? Then the car will have 4 sensors and will be happy.
The misguided will still convert their classics for the environment, while some understandably do it for more reliability and a preferred driving experience. For those without the means there's always going to be an alternative.

I agree. I've always owned Pugs from 2001 - 2010 and never had a rust issue.
I have had many cars , a lot go them cheap and cheerful and I honestly cant remember the last time the oil light came on
My wife has a 2021 1l Seat Arona FR with 14k miles on it. Last week the water coolant light came on and SEAT said it was a leak in the radiator so replaced the radiator. Got it back on Thursday. Today the oil light came on. I checked the oil left and it wasn't even on minimum. Luckily the local SEAT garage said we could bring it in even on a Sunday and someone would check it. They did and said it need about half a litre of oil... Read more
Have you checked the oil regularly? If so you would have been aware that the oil was decreasing before the light came on.

We have to be weary of the media creating a panic. They are interested in spreading sensationalism for the sake of readership.
They created the petrol shortages fiasco and we are still paying for higher petrol prices....

It will cost you £2200 a year, be far more reliable and economical than any old knackered sub £2k banger you can find, nicer to drive and live with.
