When manoeuvring in confined space I find that the car will moved on its own without throttle input and my right foot is over the brake at all times. In my drive I have to get within less than an inch of the wall of the house on the nearside, as the drive is so narrow.
This also limits which cars I can buy. My current 2ltr Auto Picasso is irrepplaceable, I've search for the last two years but nothing will relace it.
As their are some many computers on these vehicles can someone assist. The screen shows that all gears are selected rather than just the 'P' postion. Read more

Hi everyone Im sure this has probably been covered several times before but I really do need advice.
About 5 weeks ago I received a last chance letter telling me that I needed to SORN my vehicle because it was still taxed but I had swaped the insurance over. I had been trying for months to do it online because my brother had told me that was the easiest way but every time I tried it told me it did not recognise the document reference number. On advice from my garage I had the rear discs and pads replaced on my MR2 (2004 with 85,000 miles) at the end of January. I took care with the discs to wear them in. I have driven around 600/700 miles since the discs were changed. This has been on motorways, A road, country backroads and some town driving.
However, since the two discs were changed they have both been running constantly hot - over a distance of 12 miles and moderate braking you can burn the skin off your fingers, and hear the tink, tink, tink of cooling brake discs after the car has stopped. The discs heat up even if I don't use the brakes, or use them very gently.... Read more
it could be down to the back shoes rubbing on the inside of the the discs.im sure they have the same setup as the avensis with the bake working the calipers and the shoes inside the drum.

There are many aspects of life where convictions are never "spent" however long ago they were - try working with children or getting a US visa !!
RT is right. Totally bonkers and completely unachievable EU renewables targets are forcing the closure of some of our least efficient power plants. If we were in control of when they close then obviously we'd close them when the new ones are up and running, but the timing is dictated to us by the European Union.
You should actually visit some power stations in the UK its not as you describe...
