I have a 2001 VW Golf TDI 150 which I have had chipped up to 180 BHP. Goes like the clappers but if driven sensibly, according to trip computer can return up to 67 mpg!! However accurate the trip computer is I dont know!
It cost £420 but it was money well spent, at least you are getting real power gains for your money as you could spend same amount on exhausts, airfilters etc for very little gain!!
89.9 pence per litre at my local Tesco. Now I kow it has been cheaper in the past, but it was such a surprise to see it under the magic 90 pence that I just had to fill up in case it was a mistake (it was 99.9 ppl just a couple of weeks back).

Since time began people have been dying in pointless wars beacause someones vanity was hurt .
Noticed both last year and this that there seems to be some sort of car transporter service between Holland and some French campsite resorts. Thought at first the poor saps were breakdowns but appeared to occur on same day of each week and vehicles were undamaged and moving under own power. Presumably occupants come by train or air.
Anybody else seen this or know anything about how it works?

Ah, so it's a function (if that's the right word) of your player. Did a check on mine today (Pioneer) while I was out. Nero has allocated a folder for each CD, ordering them in alphabetical order of title. Each track has a sequential number within the folder and the player plays them in that order. Titles, album title etc can be called up on the display but it's the folder and track number that define the play order, not the title. So, I guess a 'home produced' CD compilation would be treated in the same way.

hi i have a '91 calibra 2lt 8 valve.
Problems are rev counter doesn't work at all, water temperature guage doesn't work at all and lastly my horn doesn't work.

Hi, i have an automatic vectra and everytime i start my engine, the 'CHECK' light on the lcd display comes on. When i press on the brake/clutch pedal it goes out?!

Hi, i managed to do it yesterday, its the 6 disc changer. I got the model number etc and my code for it to work.....its great again now not having to listen to just the radio!! hehe
