  I am looking for a reversing camera to give as a Christmas present for a 07 Vectra, been looking on ebay mostly and confused as to what should I buy. How does the monitor that seems to stick on your rear view mirror work, do you need two cameras one for pointing rear and one down for reversing How hard is it to fit?

  hi. I've just purchased the media pack and reverse camera for my hyundai santa fe 2010. The mechanic/technician is having a problem with the reverse camera. He says he's getting a signal ok- but no picture. The car is going back to the workshop next week.

  Quick question on reversing camera kits. Does anyone have any experience with wireless reversing camera kits? I'm weighing up whether to go for a wireless unit or a standard wired kit. I have heard that interference can be a problem with the wireless version, like when you drive through busy areas and pick up other CCTV signals.

  Hello, I've just bought a Mondeo with reversing camera and have noticed that the rear camera view displayed on the screen flickers and switches between a green screen, the radio display or map display. I've done some searching on the internet and the finger points towards water ingress.

  As compensation the dealership (after a lot of effort) agreed to install a Hands Free Parrot Kit (MKI9200). It was installed yesterday. When I got the car home I realised that the rear reverse camera is now not working (blank screen - an error message coming up on the dash 'reverse camera failure'). I immediately assumed that in installing the Parrot Kit, the technician has knocked out the reverse camera as it was working when I dropped the car off.

  I've just recently bought a Vauxhall Astra 2018 petrol estate, and I want to get a reversing camera added. I'd like for it to connect straight into the dashboard screen. Is that possible? Is that even wise? Where's the best place to get one added? Any direction and help would be appreciated.

  The camera in my daughter's F-Type is all but useless and I'm wondering if something is wrong with it. The screen shows the usual markings for distance and the dotted line for very close. However the camera makes distances look enormous when in reality they are anything but.

  The three yr manufactures warranty ran out on 12/03/15 and infiniti don't do a extended warranty scheme. . Sod's law was looking into taking a warranty out with warranty direct and my reversing camera and parking sensors have stop working. I took it to my nearest infiniti dealer Glyn Hopkins St. Albans who have just quoted me £1500 to replace the camera unit. I asked if there was any chance of a goodwill gesture from infiniti uk.

   I have tried disabling the Bluetooth on screen - that made no difference.  If I engage reverse gear without starting the engine the picture stays steady until reverse is disengaged.

  So my 18 plate CR-V exec 1.5 turbo needs a new reversing camera - well that's ok surely it cant cost much ... Generic ones are about £65 but not one there for my year so went to dealer (Vertu Honda Grantham) Thank you sir that would be £1611.22 I suspect Honda (UK) are possibly inflating parts prices for newer cars as they have a monopoly with OEM parts.......

  Hi, Hope someone can help with this please. Reversing camera and reversing lights packed in and worked briefly after I replaced the fuse, but this blew again. Now I have this warning light flashing on start up when the car is cold. and according to the handbook this may indicate that the transmission is not working properly.

  IMHO Dunstable itself is the armpit of Britain, but compounded with traffic lights at 50 yard intervals in places and with reversable speed cameras (no road marking but those cameras with what looks like an infra-red light pointing face on to you) at either end of the town you really need your wits about you. Coming south yesterday, I was so worried about the cameras I nearly missed a set of red lights - 50 yards after the green ones!

  I’ll Admit I’m clueless with cars so I could be told any price and if I can afford it I’d pay it. I have been quoted £499 for a reverse camera and £300 for parking sensors on my Audi a1 sport. One of my brothers who is really in to cars said that’s too expensive and the other one who Knows nothing but has nice cars said “it’s good that” Does anyone have an idea what I should be being quoted for this?
