I am having problems with the E.G.R. valve on my 06, 1.4 Diesel Toyota Yaris T Spirit, it is a D4D engine and the problem has been verified via a diagnostic machine at a local garage but I'm having a problem locating the correct manual for this car, I have visited numerous sites that explain how to remove the valve for cleaning but I cant find anything on my car that resembles what is shown in the videos.

I found a 2007 Prius at a Toyota dealer with about 33k mileage. It was originally bought at that dealer and was serviced by them for the first three years. In that time it obtained about 20k mileage. Thereafter the owner would ask his own son (a mechanic) to service it but there are no records for this. They have the MOT records which show that the car would do about 3k every year until today. However they are not Toyota MOT certificates. I don't know if the son did the MOTs himself - I can find out. The owner is an old man who exchanged the car for an Auris hybrid.... Read more

I think you'll find its a hybrid system. Much more expensive than your handheld phone or TomTom. With proper externally mounted antenna.
How long it take to change the water pump on Rover 25 and what work is involved.

Don't know your engine but if the pump is driven by the cam belt you will need to replace that as well.

hello. I just bought this car .Drives ok but even after very long drive, stoping at red lights or in heavy traffic ,my revs from 1000 ups to 1800 for 15 seconds nd then returns to 1000.This happens all the time.My mechanic suspects EGR valve.I put redox fuel system cleaner nd did 58 miles.Is REDOX suppose to help? Aftermarket sensors ARE wired to teh reversing light system.. All you need to do is disconnect teh existing sensors and control box wiring.. and remove the old sensors.
