Used Audi Q3 or new SEAT Ateca?

I am in the market for a compact SUV due to our one year old labrador out growing our Volkswagen Scirocco. I've narrowed my list to two: the Audi Q3 or SEAT Ateca. Both will be 2.0 diesels with the DSG automatic gearbox.

I have yet to test drive either and my budget is £23k, which means the Q3 would be a 2013 or 2014 model. I'm drawn to the Q3 in S-Line trim but fear the suspension will be too harsh for the bumpy country roads where we live. Any thoughts on which might be the better bet?

Makes far more sense to buy the new Ateca. Ironically, the Q3 is built by SEAT in Martorell, but the Ateca is built by Skoda in the Czech Republic.
