I'm worried about the full tank of petrol in my stored car during lockdown. Should I drain it?

I do not expect to use my car for another three weeks due to the coronavirus lockdown. It has already been stored in the garage for three weeks. I'm following your guidelines regarding over-inflating tyres and trickle charging the battery but I am concerned about the full tank of premium grade petrol. Is there a preservative petrol additive or should I drain the tank? My car is a SEAT Arona, about 18 months old.

Petrol in a sealed fuel tank will be fine for up to six months. If you think the car will be parked up for longer than six months may want to add a fuel stabiliser to prevent the fuel compounds from breaking down or separating.
