Do I need to renew my MoT after my vehicle was written off to Cat N?

My motorbike was hit by a can on the parking bay and the damage was only cosmetic (a few scratches). However, after requesting an estimate for the repair, due to the high cost, the other insurer decided to write off to as a Cat N. I want to keep the motorbike (the MoT was renewed three months ago), do I need to pass the MoT again to put it on the road?

No you do not. Though it does need to be roadworthy.
