Great handling practical fun car

Bought in 2007 as a 6 year old inexpensive (3K GBP) car to do 400 mile weekly commute.
60K miles later (110K total) still going like a train. Look after these cars (use independant alfa specialists @ this age) & they run & run. Agile, nimble cars that handle really nicely.
Downsides : Cambelts every 36K (miss the service & they will break. I speak from experience with previous 155s) & seems to need suspension work too frequently (wishbones/ bushes etc).
Buy one with service history & few previous owners & you will not regret it.
IMHO better than the JTS model that succeeded it (have 2004 JTS SW also) which has been more unreliable with its higher tech engine management systems. Its all subjective but i prefer the rev-happy twin-spark personally.
