Peugeot 508 revealed

It showcases an integrated rear hatch, offering a significantly larger aperture to the 487-litre boot while carrying all the hallmark features of the latest Peugeot vehicles, including the full LED ‘claw-effect’ rear lights.

4750mm long x 1907mm wide mirrors folded (2079mm mirrors out) x 1403mm high on a 2793mm wheelbase.

Wheels and tyres: 16-inch with 205/60 R16, 17-inch with 215/55 R17, 18-inch with 235/45 R18, 19-inch with 235/40 R19.

Inside, the 2018 Peugeot 508 contains the three main characteristics of the Peugeot i-Cockpit, including the compact, full grain leather trimmed steering wheel, a large 10-inch capacitive touchscreen angled towards the driver and a 12.3-inch head-up digital instrument panel. It also features i-Cockpit Amplify, which enables the driver to choose between two levels of ambience – Boost and Relax.

It is available with a range of six highly efficient petrol and diesel engine / transmission combinations, covering 130PS to 225PS, from 98g/km CO2 in ther 1.5 HDi 130 8-speed automatic.

The new flagship model comes equipped with class-leading levels of advanced driver assistance systems, including a new night vision system, which is new to the segment and uses an infrared camera with the ability to detect pedestrians at night and in cases of reduced visibility.
