Can I get one-day insurance?

I own two cars. One is SORN'd and uninsured as it is kept in my garage. A dealer has made a very good offer to buy it. I realise I will need to tax it to drive it the 15 miles to their premises and, of course, insure it. Can I get one-day insurance?

Why would you be doing all the hard work? The dealer is insured and should have trade plates. I would have them sort it out.
