What are my rights if I bought a used car with no service history?

I bought a used Mercedes-Benz C Class from a Mercedes-Benz dealer in February 2015. It's a 62 plate and there is no service history on the database for this vehicle. I have been told there should have been two services on the database. What are my legal obligations now?

If the car was sold as Mercedes Benz Approved with Full Service History you can actually now reject the car for what you paid for it on the grounds that was wrongly sold under the 2008 Consumer Protection Regulations and that constituted a breach of contract: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights/
