LEAKING MONDEO 28 Mar 2002 (Forum)
Am I the only person with a Ford Mondeo Zetec 1999 model which has a leaking rear light cluster seal which has slowly resulted in water filling the spare wheel cavity ? My local main dealer seems to have knowledge but states that Ford will not acknowledge this as a manufacturing fault and I have had to pay a fortune to have it fixed. -

Mondeo Hand Brake 30 Jul 2001 (Forum)
We have two instances of Mondeos rolling downhill, even though handbrake was applied. Ford's response is that the driver clearly didn't read the handbook, and apply the handbrake correctly. Ford have actually a letter to Mondeo owners reiterating the need to apply the handbrake firmly, so clearly its a problem. -

Ford US has announced the recall of all Wilderness AT tyres on all US Explorers. It took the death of a 176 people and a public relations disaster in the wake of the introduction of the new Explorer. Has anyone received positive confirmation by Ford UK that the 6000 Explorers sold in the UK with Wilderness AT tyres will have these changed free of charge? -

Ford Fiesta (2009 - ) - Help need on this deal from Ford 3 Nov 2009 (Forum)
At the end of the term, you can either clear off this and keep the car or refinance the amount, or give the car away to Ford altogether (provided it is in decent condition) Now, I have already made a payment of 16months and got remaining 18months to pay before I reach the guaranteed future value part. Ford has recently called and offered me an upgrade to the brand new Fiesta (the new design which has 5 star ratings everywhere). -

Talking pictures TV 2 Jul 2022 (Forum)
Older members may recall this series (narrated by Edgar Lustgarten) younger members may find pictures of 1960's life of interest. (No hard hats on building sites, senior cops smoking cigarettes in their office, Wolseley 6/80 police cars. A vanished world. -
Pug 207SW 5-door - Rainwater entry 20 Mar 2021 (Forum)
[ I will be surprised if this topic draws many suggestions ] Water builds up in the rear n/s footwell after heavy rain. My natural assumption was via the door and a failed membrane behind the door-card, but this seems not to be the case. My next guess is entry round the rear lamp cluster, running forward under the carpeting.
