Overall reliability

Comfortable, relaxing for long journeys, well equipped

Excellent car, great driving position, lots of room. Not sure about long term reliability of the electrical systems, sat nav, rear camera, parking sensors, park assist, stereo take it in turns to stop working, but then rectify on the next journey.
Don’t like main dealer servicing - they are too pushy for break fluid replacement, air con recharge, tyre replacement at the time of service because they ‘need doing before next routine service’ although they do not actually need doing at the time recommended. In addition past experience of VAG means that there is no customer loyalty if something goes wrong when the vehicle is out of warranty, even though it has full main dealer service history - better to save money and use an independent specialist for servicing and repairs.
