Overall reliability

This car is well built, reliable and easy to live with.

I needed a car with easier access for my wife and one she could drive in a pinch if her Golf SV was in for service etc. Tried this Mitsubishi against an Honda HRV, Toyota RAV4 and an Kia Niro and this was the best fit. This Black Edition is really well specced and the 4WD is reassuring in the dodgy weather in the far north. I have found that the car feels well screwed together, the 1.5 engine feels surprisingly punchy and the fuel economy is fine (I live in a rural area with A roads, no queues and traffic limited to 60mph - conditions that would be ideal for good fuel economy)

Only niggle originally was that the CVT box has the engine up the rev range when cold but i override that with the flappy paddles and all of a sudden the biggest negative was gone.
