Range Rover Vogue 54 model - Rear window washer leak - petermburgess

Hi,

The rear washer works but also leaks inside the window and on the trim. I thought it could be accessed from outside, but this is not so. How do I remove the trim covering the wiper motor and washer at the top iof the rear window. I can not see any screws or fastenings to hold the trim in and do not want to use brute force without knowledge.

Would expect the rear washer is pretty powerful, and in the cold, if there is a little frozen water it can forceably 'pop' out the piping, I know this happens with a few 'premium' cars. The best tip is to not use the washers unless you know they are not frozen...

Anyway, I found this thread on another site, might be helpful:

Are there any Range Rover badges, like plastic plugs in the trim? You can usually level these out with a flat screwdriver revealing screws...

Hope that might help you, its annoying when you can't find information, and I fully understand th hestitation to just start pulling...
