I have a Becker Mexico radio in my Mercedes 350SL 1972. But it won't work without a screeching interference whenever the ignition is switched on. Any ideas why?
Yes, you need to fit a condenser unit in line with the radio power lead/coil unit, as far as I can remember. You can pick them up for a couple of quid at any local car store.
