The article is rubbish though - the Cybertruck is still automotive vapourware. Honda isnt ripping off anything that exists in production form.

Yes, it is rubbish. If for no other reason than these words, "Honda made a Tesla Cybertruck clone"...

Daughter is driving a 52 reg Clio as a first car, complete with dead stereo. Does anyone know if a later, single DIN, unit from a Renault will pair to the existing wiring. It’d be good to have a unit to have Bluetooth compatibility, not so much to use hands free as to stream music. Read more

I think it is what film critics would call earthy/gritty northern comedy.

It wasn't great was it?...

I've noticed a reduction in the MPG of Hyundai i20 2014 model Mark 1.5, 1.25L, there are no warning lights on the dashboard, the car is just been serviced and moted and I changed the spark plugs air filter and pollen filter, however im at a loss at the reduction in mpg, drives exactly as normal no misfiring, starts stops perfectly, engine temperature gauge is spot on, heating comes on nice and warm quickly. I should add this mpg reduction was also before the service.

It's difficult to gauge the exact reduction but I'd say 4 or 5 miles per gallon in the in town and also suburban driving. I filled some petrol last week and on the MPG reading was going down and down and down as low as 10 miles to the gallon (I've never seen it that low) which spooked me, it has increased to high 20s since but still not great... If the car has just been serviced, I'd suspect over-adjustment of the handbrake - Over several brands over 50 years I've noticed this phenomenum - it only affects the first tankfull after a service.

Could just be the weather as its colder, not many cars do the same mpg in winter as in the summer, not that many admit it

Hello, recently my car has been knocking over bumps. Mainly over small ones or drains etc. It's a single metallic clunk. I have had a look at everything in that area and used a pry bar on the bushes and nothing is loose or has any play. The shock is all good and so are the top mounts and bearings. Any idea what this could be? Sounds like something hitting the frame of the car. I did accidently undo a subframe bolt when I did the Controls Arms and don't know if these are stretch bolts or not. Could a loose bolt cause this kind of knock?

Appreciate any input Read more

Hi,

I have a rather personal question, do you guys have experience with van racking systems? I recently bought VW T6 and I use it for work. I really do need something to structure and organize my tools. I have heard some good news about the [deleted], but I don't know much about van racks. Has anyone of you had experience with them or another good company?... Read more

In a post in one of the website articles, you mentioned (now deleted) "The prices are fair and the back of my van has never been better structured:D"

Maybe you could ask yourself whether they are any good?

I received an email the other day saying that our outbound flights for our January holiday were cancelled. Only flights were 27 hours before or next day. After only 30 minutes on hold, spoke to a real person and was refunded no questions.

At the moment, few people who can afford £75k upward for a car, be it electric or diesel, will be worried about its chances of failing at 10 years old. It will be long gone as far as they are concerned.

What they will be concerned about is the trade in value when they go to replace it after 3 years or so. If the car is only going to last 8 or 10 years then the 3 year trade in price will reflect that....
