Turbo seems to stop working on this van when it heats up to normal operating temperature. Any ideas? Read more
Autocar have got hold of a factory demonstrator and there a test in this weeks edition if anyones interested in the read.
They give it 4 out of 5 - not bad for a handbuilt rocket built in a shed by men in long coats.
Seems Bristol has done themselves a favour by letting it out for a test as the write up is rather positive. Read more
Hi
I have only had my A4 for a while but fancy something that is a bit more individual. My annual mileage is now looking to be around 15000 rather than 30000 when I bought it to replace my ageing 75.
Firstly any ideas how much I will get for my Audi - its a 2002 52 A4 TDi SE 130 with 112,000 miles in denim blue, full audi service history with 8K until the next one.
Any suggestions to replace, although the Audi is a lovely car it lacks character and its not really a car you want to keep foreverer.
I really only want to spend what the Audi is worth and thinking something Italian or out of the ordinary. Read more
The heater on my MG seems to be ineffective, only blowing out cool air even when the water and oil temperatures are up to normal running temps. Also the car windows suffer from a lot of condensation that the heater struggles to clear, presumably because the air is never warm. The water level seems ok and the running temps of both oil and water are not elevated. Do all MG TFs have poor heaters or do I have a fault?

.... and yet all the problems are so avoidable. Perhaps the finest 4 cylinder mass production engine of the late 20th century, and "they" couldn't get the cooling right. I nearly cursed there, but fortunately I replaced pink fluffy dice with "they".

hi mate i believe lotus do a damp proofing for the elise and i think you can source it cheaper through vauxhall for the VX220 but other than that i try ebay or a product called fabrisil. the latter is available at all good camping shops.

I have a problem with a water leak in my A4 (Year 2000). The rear footwell behind the passenger seat has started to flood with up to an inch of water ... need to get this sorted ASAP before the electrics give up on me! Door seals appear fine, no obvious signs of leak to roofcloth around sunroof internally, no obvious signs of leak around boot lid. It is'nt coming from below as water gathers when car is parked.Any suggestions on what to look for together with any tips on drying out the carpet / Sound deadening much appreciated.

Needing to replace soon on 1.8 51 plate coupe
Any recomendations?
Haven't replaced a back box in years - last time was 1997 and just went to local fast fit place. Planning on keeping this car so don't want cheap and cheerful really which is probably what I would get from national chains. Local place wanted 170 for a mild steel box!!
Have seen many advertised as 'sports' exhaust which would be fine if they didn't make such an embarising flactuant noise.
Your thoughts welcome

A trader is going to be looking at around £4500 +(Leeds area)if its straight and if a 156 is to small than surely a 159 is as well .The 166 is a super car even at 2.0 litre its quite nippy but the drawbacks being it is heavy on petrol and costly on insurance not a cheap car to run compared to your Audi.
