Change of circumstance means I need a reliable car for a 100 mile daily commute.
It's asking a lot, but it needs to be 'smart' as this a new exec level role. Want something that's not out of its depth on the motorway. Budget is £1000 to £1500. Ideas?

For £1,500 the best cars are a Fiesta 1.25 82PS or 1.4 or a Yaris 1.3. That is, assuming you can find a good one.
