Does everything I expected

If you want a good looking performance car with an easy to use practical boot capacity and 50mpg+ then look no further!
The new F31 version of the 3 series appears to be the best yet and the 184 bhp engine is superb - yes it is a little gruff at times but the mid range torque makes it great to drive. On 18" wheels there is some clatter over potholes but nothing too uncomfortable. Handling in sport mode is a revelation for a luxury saloon and even driven fast I am getting 45mpg overall.
I think BMW need to catch up on some other makes as the lack of xenon / led headlights on a car that costs this much is wrong - speccing all the "desirable" extras puts about £10k on the car!
Still the car does put a big smile on my face whenever I start it up.....
