I bought a used car from a franchised dealer and now the tyres and brakes need replacing after 3500 miles - is this reasonable?

I bought a 2012 Honda CR-V with 39,000 miles from a franchised dealer in July 2018. I have completed 3700 miles and have been advised front tyres are worn to the ‘canvas’. The front discs are 70% worn and pads are 80% worn. Is this reasonable or should these items have been flagged during the Honda multipoint check prior to sale or been raised as advisories during the dealers MoT in June 2018? I know dealers cite ‘driving style’ as a contributory factor but surely I should expect more than 3700 miles before receiving a bill for over £1200?

As long as everything was legal when the car was sold to you the dealer is not liable. However, a 'multipoint check' is not much use if it does not show the depth of tread of each tyre on the date of the check. If it merely ticked them off then it was not a proper check.
