  A bizarr thing happened today, and I had a ringside seat, in thc comfort of my own van. I was waiting at traffic lights having pulled up behind another car, when I saw a young lad (late teens) cross the road in front of me. I may have recognised the lad, I don't know. Next the driver of the car in front, gets out and proceeds to assault the young lad, right next to my van!

  Hi all, On a lighter note this one. As i work in an aircraft apprentice school with lots of young drivers, male and female, i posted up a list of speed camera locations in our local area. I hope it will slow them down a little. Some hope ! One lad was reading the lists and mentioned that he'd just been given 3 points.

  What do I have to do to get a reaction from the local constabulary, who it has to be said, are dismal? Do I have to get killed by such a driver, or do I have to watch someone else get killed?   Aware that the Juke was very close, I indicated very early for my road and slowed gradually, but on turning in to my road, the Juke hit my rear bumper and lights. Not much damage to either car, but more annoying was the abuse I got from the young lady driver- it was my fault, I was going to slowly in a 40 zone etc. When I pointed out it was 30, I was called a liar and various other things!. I have been called many things when I am out and about in my clerical collar, but I dont think I've been called a liar before!
