Best kept secret in the UK outstanding car continued!

Well, with 31,000 on the clock now, the car has just been through its second MOT & passed with no problem. In preparation I fitted 4 new tyres, a new battery, new wiper blades, new rear brake shoes, new front brake rotors & new brake pads. Total cost for this work was under £350.00 with all the items being bought quiet easily off the internet. The old front brake rotors were particularly corroded but were cheap enough to buy & easy to replace. When buying brake pads for this car be advised there are two different designs of calliper & the pads are not interchangeable. The car continues to perform & amaze with its internal space & comfort. Now on the last year of the 5 year warranty & planning ahead for a replacement. But what to replace it with? Daihatsu have stopped importing. I would go for a Myvi which in essence is the same car from Perodua but it has a 1.3 engine which pushes it into the next tax bracket! Such a shame Daihatsu no longer imports such an outstanding car!
