Insurance Premium with Conviction - bulloo
Does anyone know if you should be able to get a discount on your insurance premium if your convictions have run out (over 4 yrs it says in the dvla) in the middle of the policy?

IIRC convictions may have expired for legal purposes, but some insurance can ask for details going back 7 or 8 years.

And no, I can't imagine an insurance company giving a refund in such circumstances. Worth a try though.
