VW Polo, 1.4, 2014 (last of the old model), 38,000 - VW - Non Franchised Service - cdbr

Is there such a thing as a VW approved non franchised service centre?

She is adamant that there is has had hers service at a garage that claims to be VW approved for the last 2 years.

I think not and it doesnt matter where you go, especially as the car is out of warranty.

Please help save our relationship!!!
