Hello Chaps.
Been away for a long break. Back now and also managed to buy a lovely low mileage Hyundai i20 1.2 petrol. A nice late 2018 example and we are very happy with it. Unfortunately it came with an inflator kit and I am not a fan of those. There is room for a full size spare wheel with tyre. Any of you chaps ever bought spare wheels etc and from whom? Any suggestions and recommendations would be welcome. Forgot to say during my break I moved back to North Yorkshire so if I need to collect it then a 25 mile radius of Stokesley would be fine. There is one on Ebay for a Hyundai Getz with same wheel size and tyre profile but is it interchangeable with an i20? I know someone out there will probably have been through this previously.... I have a new Hyundai Tucson self-charging hybrid arriving in 10 days and need to buy some car mats for it. The local dealer (not where I'm getting the vehicle from) are charging £80 for them. Caraccessoriesplus.co.uk have them for £63 but wondered if anyone can recommend a good place to get some from?
I'd rather genuine ones I think so I know they fit properly Read more
I bought a set of mats from Carmats4u over four years ago. They look good and have lasted quite well, with only slight wear on the driver's mat.
But one of the stud fixings was wrongly positioned on each front mat. It doesn't matter too much, as the other stud keeps the mats in position, but design terms they got it wrong.

Hi
Car has 65k miles, regular service, no previous issues. Wouldn't start this evening and wife thinks she saw a TSR message on dash but disappeared. No EML on. I read codes and P0341 camshaft sensor Bank A was present. Any thoughts if this is likely to be a sensor failure needing a swap out or is it indicative of something else. Removed the connector to sensor and no evidence of oil or corrosion etc. Appreciate any advice.... Read more
Just to update you the chain is broken and valves bent - worst case scenario. Struggling to understand why as serviced yearly with oil and filter etc. No previous warning noises etc.
Can anyone help me?

Agree,
The way the US, UK, EU, etc have printed fake money , inflation will be here for a while.
Good time to lock yourself into a cheap car PCP and/or 5 - 10 year mortgage deal before it’s too late.
I have wanted a personalised plate for a while and am considering one now I'm getting a new car. Looking online shows loads of different sites where you can buy them, all promising the "best prices". Are there any sites to avoid or any sites that are worth using? I know DVLA do auctions but apart from that I don't know where to look for the best Read more
Some related cost: most insurers will charge you their standard admin fee to swap the plate numbers on the policy, usually at their inflated prices which I have seen at £25 to £75.
I have a roof box and need to store it in the garage when I'm not using it. A quick search shows a variety of different wall hangers but can anyone recommend a good one? Read more

Get the car back to the dealer and ask for a refund or the car fixed properly.

Buy a coil removal tool . Plenty on e-bay. Do not use a hot air gun ,this may damage the electronics inside the coil tower.
