My service light was staying on when i was driving so i put my obd2 on it and no fault code comes up but it wont pick up anything to do with exhaust i.e EGR,Htd cat,oxygen sensor and one or two others.also it dont give me the option to see live data on my obd2 no freeze frame or anything and now my rear doors wont lock via pressing key fob are all these things related m8 sorry for the size of my first ever question lol Read more
I am seriously looking at the above new model as a replacement for my 3 year old 1.2 85PS model. The spec says it only carries one of those repair kits. Space saver wheels are easily to be had on E Bay, Amazon etc. But does this model still have the recess under the boot floor to accomodate a spare. The remarks about under floor panels are ambiguous. Whilst your looking,have a look at the Golf Match Edition 125 PS TSI. It has space saver spare included plus adaptive cruise control, winter pack and heated front seats. It also has the multi link suspension instead giving a better ride quality. Whilst it's CO2 is 120 with VED £30 it real MPG is close to the model you are interested in.Find a local dealer with one in stock, and walk into the showroom and check. On a lot of cars the underfloor panels can be removed to provide the original wheel well.
