Review: Hyundai Amica (2006 – 2008)

Low running costs and keen pricing. Undemanding to drive. Well equipped and easy to get in and out of.

Misses out on some important safety equipment. 1.1 can struggle. A/c condensor looks vulnerable to stone damage.

Amica or Getz?

Please help me choose which would be best - a Hyundai Amica (2006) with 42k miles or a Hyundai Getz (2004) with 74k miles, both around £1800. The Amica seems basic inside but I only do about 4k miles a year, locally picking up grandkids from school etc. I don't have money for repairs so need a reliable small car.
The Getz because the Amica is too cheap and flimsy.
