My Ford Fiesta is over-revving. I've changed the speed sensor, but what else can I do?

I have a 1996 Ford Festa 1.25. I had the speed sensor changed, but it's still over-revving. Any ideas as to what to do next?

Have you has the throttle body checked and cleaned? It may be that.
