Can you drive a Microcar Virgo Prestige in the UK without a qualified driver.

No. The law is not the same in the UK as it is in some European countries. You can only drive a "quadricycle" unaccompanied if it was originally built as a one-seater and weighs less than 550kg. You can't take the other seats out to make it a one-seater.
