Do I need to adjust my headlights before taking my car to Spain?

I am taking my right-hand drive car from England to Spain by ferry for a short holiday break. Do I have to make any amendments to my headlights? Do I need to take a road warning sign?

Yes, you have to fix your headlights so they don't blind oncoming drivers, you have to carry a warning triangle and you have to carry high vis jackets or tabards inside the car for everyone travelling in the car.
