Will I ever get my licence from the DVLA?

I applied for a provisional license online but was told I needed to return an application form because there was an issue with my photo. But I haven’t received the application and it’s been a month. Will it get my license?

Eventually, but DVLA is still working through applications that were sent months ago due to the coronavirus lockdown. If you sent it recently, it'll be at the bottom of the backlog of applications they're working through.
