1.4 Ford Fiesta 2000 rough idle

For the past couple of months my Fiesta idles funny. It only idles rough once the car has heated up and as the months have passed it's getting worse. My Dad has cleaned many of the sensors and this hasn't solved the problem.

Putting your car on a diagnostic check should show up if you have a fault but if you do not wish to follow this route then you may need to check to see if you have a MAF (air flow meter) normally situated close to the air filter. If this had failed it will cause bad idling. However do make sure that your air cleaner is ok, and that the intake hose to the MAF is air tight.
