Audi A3 tyre problems

My Audi A3 (2014 model) has just had a service: the report advises the tyres are perishing and will need replacing. But tread remains 7.5mm, does this seem possible?

Yes, it's possible. But this is a warranty issue. If the tyres are perishing before the car is even three years old then the supplying dealer has to replace them because they were "not of satisfactory quality" in the first place. www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights/
