My car was flood damaged last year and it received a new engine and carpets under an insurance claim. The mileage clock remained unaltered. Recently it also had a replacement clutch. If I sell the vehicle through a 'Franchised Dealership' do I have to legally or otherwise notify them of these significant previous events or is the so called full service record, stamped in the service book sufficient.
